    To rebuild our Skilled Nursing Facility and erect a new Memory Enhancement Center, which will care for our residents living with various levels of dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease. When completed, 83 residents needing around-the-clock care will be able to call this state-of-the-art structure their home. The new building will feature larger rooms, ADA-approved bathrooms that can accommodate walkers and wheelchairs, expanded clinic facilities and a creative arts center.
